Samshodh: International Multidisciplinary Research Journal (SIMRJ) acknowledges the essential contribution of reviewers in maintaining the academic quality and integrity of the journal. Recognition of Reviewers
- Issuance of official reviewer certificates upon request or after completion of assigned reviews.
- Formal letters of appreciation for consistent and high quality reviewing.
- Consideration for inclusion in the Review Board or Editorial Board based on performance and contribution.
Confidentiality and Transparency
While the journal recognizes reviewer contributions, the confidentiality of the double blind peer review process is strictly maintained. Reviewer identities are not disclosed in relation to specific manuscripts unless an open review process is formally adopted.
Performance Evaluation
Reviewer performance may be assessed based on timeliness, quality of feedback, objectivity, and adherence to ethical standards. Reviewers who consistently demonstrate professionalism may be invited for expanded editorial roles.
